When you book a room through www.greatratesmadrid.com, you will receive an email confirmation of your hotel reservation. In this email we will send you: - two codes: your reservation code and your cancellation code - a website address In this email you will also receive the hotel address, telephone number, etc., the cancellation policy and all the details of your reservation. To cancel your reservation, click on the link in the email. Then type in the reservation code and the cancellation code. Your reservation will automatically be canceled.
